In April 2019, a certificate of compliance with the Made on Don voluntary certification system was awarded to Donskoy Konditer LLC, a company producing biscuits under the Morozov Confectionery Products trademark.

Irina Vyacheslavovna Telarova, Director of the Consumer Market Department of the Rostov Region, visited the factory to congratulate employees and ceremoniously present them with a certificate of obtaining the Made on Don mark.
This production site is the second one of three producing cookies under the Morozov Confectionery Products brand that has passed through the voluntary certification procedure. The Aksai Confectionery Factory has already gone through this procedure,” says Irina Vyacheslavovna Telarova. “The Company facilities have implemented their own quality standards, which are in many ways more strict than the state ones. Sure enough, it is easier for a factory like Donskoy Konditer to undergo an audit; the inspector can see how meticulously the production process is organized and how precisely all instructions are followed – there is no room for any comments. Today, we once again have seen the high requirements for the quality of manufactured products at every stage of the process and how careful and responsible company employees are in their work.

“One of the requirements for participation in the Made on Don voluntary certification system is testing products for quality and safety parameters,” says Elena Aleksandrovna Movsesyan, Director of Donskoy Konditer LLC. “The team has successfully undergone the inspection and has demonstrated that the factory strictly adheres to the requirements of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS), and that its sugar and oatmeal biscuits are the benchmark for quality.”

The conformity certificate of Donskoy Konditer will be valid for three years (the expiration date is March 26, 2022). This fact confirms the high reputation of products in the Rostov Region.
