From October 17 to 20, the 39th Saudi Agriculture 2022 International Agricultural Exhibition was held in Riyadh with the participation of the national collective exhibition of Russian companies.
The event was organized with the support of the Russian Export Center, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, and the Agroexport Federal Center.
On the first day of the exhibition, the Russian exhibit was opened by Dmitry Patrushev, Russian Minister of Agriculture, Veronika Nikishina, Russian Export Center General Director, and Sergey Kozlov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to Saudi Arabia.
This year, the Russian exhibit featured 55 companies exporting meat, dairy, grain, oil and fat, finished and organic products, confectionery products, fish and seafood, and agricultural equipment. The Russian delegation turned out to be the most numerous at the Saudi Argiculture 2022 exhibition, comprising more than 250 members.
At the exhibition, we presented our main new product of 2022 – sandwich biscuit with vanilla filling. Products of the Victor Morozov and Pekarro international brands were also presented.
Business meeting service MatchMaking allowed to hold business meetings with Saudi companies interested in importing agricultural products. The exhibition's business program included roundtable discussions on the prospects for trading Russian products in the Middle East, strategies for working in the retail and HoReCa segments, and group meetings
