Chocolate and Milk Chocolate biscuits are now in the company's product range

The company's product portfolio expanded with two new biscuit flavors: Chocolate and Milk-Chocolate. More than six months were required to prepare these new recipes.

One of the company’s main rules is to use natural ingredients. Chocolate and Milk Chocolate biscuits are made according to GOST 24901-2014 based on an advanced technology involving the usage of chocolate emulsion made of natural cocoa powder. Cocoa powder contains wholesome macroelements – dietary fiber and proteins – and microelements: magnesium, phosphorus, and iron, as well as vitamins A, B, and E. Thus, our biscuits are both delicious and healthy.

“The main challenge in developing a chocolate biscuit recipe was choosing high-quality raw materials; it was important for us to preserve the color and flavor. We wanted to create a new product and preserve the biscuit structure our consumers used to see. We succeeded; the biscuits turned out delicate, porous, crisp, and crumbly,” says the head of the research group.

Through the joint efforts of the company specialists, a new, reduced-size cliché was developed for the Chocolate and Milk Chocolate biscuits, and the bright and unique packaging was created.
